Flight Medicine/PRP
Identification Badges
All FLY/PRP/AUoF members must present a state ID or driver’s license to receive an identification badge for use within the Medical Group.
Badges can be obtained at the:
- Dental Clinic
- Central Check-In Desk
- Ambulance Services Department (after hours only)
Members must wear badges for their entire visit (includes Pharmacy, Lab, Radiology, etc.).
All FLY/PRP/AUoF members must turn in the identification badge before leaving to retrieve their state ID or driver’s license. No badge is needed if the service member isn’t in the facility for medical care (i.e., security detail, service member escort, etc.).
Follow-up for Care Outside the MGD (Adana, Landstuhl, CONUS)
All FLY/PRP/AUoF members must report to Sick Call the duty day following their appointment/return with any documents/medications for provider review and/or additional follow up actions.
Sick Call check-in is Monday - Friday, 7:45 to 8 a.m., at the Central Check-In window, except the third Wednesday of each month (closed for training). For Urgent Care on training days, come to the Ambulance Services entrance.
It’s the member’s responsibility to inform their supervisor or CO/CC if they have not yet been evaluated by their PCM and may need to refrain from performing FLY/PRP/armed duties.
Flyers Only
Members who test positive for COVID-19 must present to the clinic after completing isolation to be returned to FLY status; walk-in during Sick Call hours.
Medical Clearances for OCONUS Assignments
If members are six months out, or have RIP and MPS Medical Clearance Memorandum, they can and should initiate their medical clearance (for overseas locations only) by following the steps below:
- Log into MyIMR: (https://asimsimr.health.mil/imr/myIMR.aspx)
- There will be six different tabs.
- Please select Medical Clearance tab. See screenshot below
- Once completed, email medical clearance memo to usaf.incirlik.39-mdg.mbx.bomc@mail.mil. NOTE: Please input all required information in memo before sending it.
- Once submitted, members must monitor email/myIMR for information from the BOMC office. Delay in response/required actions will delay clearance completion.
