Flight Medicine/BOMC Clinic
At Incirlik, the Flight Medicine Clinic is combined with Base Operational Medical Clinic Services. It manages the health and performance of special duty personnel at the 39th Air Base Wing.
We encourage all newly enrolled patients to schedule an initial appointment with their primary care provider to establish care. This is an opportunity to discuss healthcare history, medication reconciliation, wellness goals, and to create a personalized care plan.
Scheduling an Appointment
- Call the appointment line at DSN 314-676-6666 or +9 0322-316-6666
- Book online utilizing the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal. To quickly find the right location, type “Air Force Medicine 39th” to populate local clinics. Patients on a special duty status will be enrolled in Flight Medicine. All others will be enrolled in Warrior Medicine.
