Urgent Care

If you’re unsure about whether you need urgent care, contact the Military Health System Nurse Advice Line to speak to a registered nurse. Visit MHSNurseAdviceLine.com for web chat and video chat, or dial 1-800-TRICARE (874-2273).

After Hours Care

For after-hours care, a registered nurse is available daily for on-site evaluation for those beneficiaries who come to the Ambulance Services Department between the hours of 7 p.m. and 7 a.m.

Flight Medicine/PRAP Clinic

We focus on managing the health and performance of the supported base population of special duty personnel. To schedule an appointment, call the appointment line at DSN 314-676-6666.
Unit Commanders an supervisors have the authority to grant up to 24 hours sick status/quarters at their discretion if a member's illness/injury does not require MTF intervention. Reference: AFMAN 410210, para 4.11.4.

Base Operation Medical Clinic

Services provided include:
  • PHA/MHAs
  • Retraining physicals
  • Initial flying class physicals
  • Medical overseas clearance
  • Deployment health assessments
  • Separation health physical exams
